Q. Where is the experience located?
A. Shows are presented at the Alberta Rose Theatre (3000 NE Alberta Street; Portland, OR 97211) , Salem's Historic Grande Theatre (187 High St NE, Salem, OR 97301), and the McFiler's Chehalis Theatre (558 N Market Blvd, Chehalis, WA 98532)
Q. Does the show take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
A. The performance will be held in an indoor venue.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. There is street parking around the theatres. You should be able to find a spot within a block or so.
Q. How long does the show last?
A. Approximately 2 hours including intermission
Q. Will there be strobe lights and smoke?
A. Yes, strobe effects and stage hazers are used.
Q. Can I take photos or record the experience?
A. No. Photos, videos or cellphones are not allowed during the performance.
Q. Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
A. This is a seated theatrical experience.
Q. Will restrooms be available on site?
A. Yes, there are restrooms at the venues.
Q. Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
A .There is a full bar as well as a concessions stand that sells small snacks.
Q. Do I need to wear a mask?
A. No, masks are not required. However, the performance will follow all requirements of city authorities, and mask requirements may change. You are welcome to wear a mask, if you desire and a limited supply of masks will be available at the venue.
Q. What happens if I arrive late?
A. Latecomers will be admitted to the venue upon arrival, but can only be seated in between performer acts.
Q. Is tipping performers allowed?
A. Yes and highly encouraged. Our crew will collect tips between each performer. Those tips will go directly to that performer. We only accepted US currency bills. Anyone attempting to place other objects in the tip receptacle will be asked to leave.
Q. Will there be change available for tipping?
A. Yes. You may purchase single dollar bills for tipping directly from our production staff.
Q. Is there an age requirement?
A. The venues are 21+ only
Q. Is the venue ADA compliant?
A. Yes. We have special seating areas for our guests in wheelchairs as well.
Q. Will ASL interpretation be provided?
A. Yes. ASL interpretation will be provided for certain dates. Ask about special seating for best viewing for our ASL guests.
Q. Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
A. Yes, tickets can be purchased if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance. so advance purchase is highly recommended.
Q. Where can I get tickets?
A. Directly from each venue's Box Office or the venue website.
Q. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
A. Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact the venue to exchange ticket dates.
Q. Do I need to print my ticket?
A. No, you can use the bar code on the email confirmation from your phone.
Q. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
A. No. Tickets are non-transferrable.
Q. Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
A. Possibly. Contact the venue box office.
Q. I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
A. Contact the venue box office for assistance. They can help find your QR code.
